Question 1985 GMC sierra 305 V8 bolt on upgrades?

I have a 1985 GMC high sierra with a 5.0L 305 with a 4bbl carb. the whole truck has 140,xxx kms on it and i am not prepared to do a motor swap and i am wonder what are some good bolt on parts that well help gain some power without sacrificing the life of the motor

The best upgrade would be the motor swap, but if you are not looking to do that, then you could change the cam, bolt on headers and free flow exhaust.
