All contributions greatly appreciated - even repeats. Better to have something shared twice than never, right? I usually lock reposts but since the original thread was not recent and you had taken the time to share all the images individually I figured others might benefit.

My primary reason for mentioning the duplication was so that if there was a lack of overly enthusiastic responses here you would understand why. Normally if this was new content I'd certainly be pretty excited to see it.
