All you have to do is go to this website: https://elibrary.mel.org/validate?ur...ch%3Fdb%3DCHLL
And for the Login ID, just use ANY letter and then 12 numbers. Any 12 numbers, that is the format for a Michigan License number. So like "a123456789012" Sounds crazy, but it works!

This is a good site for some things on our Ram Vans. Check out the TSB and the recall section too! Although it's not as good as the auto store repair manual, it's by far better than having nothing.
You can save the PDFs from the site to your HDD.
