1997 pontiac gp brake noise

yes, i want to change the bolts and bushing on the caliper, i can't get the rubber bushings out of the hole. any one have a quick fix to this problem?

I used self tapping wood/metal screws bigger than the end of the caliper sliding pin head. Screw into the bushing enough and then extract with pliers or vice grips pulling on the screw head.
