01 replaced transmission, now what?
I replaced the engine and automatic transmission from a low milage junk yard. (I'M hoping they are good ones). The engine is sounds good. But the transmission is shifting wierd. Do I need something to be done with the computer? Does it need to be reset or replaced too?

When you say shifting weird - can you be more descriptive? Is it shifting slowly? Slipping? Making noises? Choppy?

If it wasn't out of the same year and model, you need to check things over again.
