another rotor problem

Just put on new front rotors (properly torqued), new calipers (pins well greased), and new pads on my '96 Windstar, they only have 4K miles on them and the brakes are thumping upon braking at all times. Also have new ABS sensors. WHAT GIVES ?

Re: another rotor problem

Either the rotors are warped or another suspension/chassis part under the front is loosening. Raise the front and check for play in the wheel bearing, tie rod, ball joint etc.
