speedometer 93 Limited

My battery was dead so I hooked up a jump starter to it and when I cranked, the speedometer needle pegged to the highest point and stayed there. It seems to be shot, it's just staying there now. Is it possible to just replace that part, by getting another one from a junkyard? Or am I stuck with having to put in another entire instrument cluster?
