Exclamation Heater/Reverse Lights/Power Steering

The other day when i started my car(2003 vic- police car) the heat wasn't blowing. then it kicked on. As i drove i noticed that everytime i put the car in reverse the heat would cut off, when i went back into n or drive it would work. Day or so later the heat stop blowing at all. Now my heat don't work, reverse lights won't work, and power steering seems to not work, sort of like it only half power steering. Anybody have any idea what the problem is, where to start or how the 3 problems could be related? HELP!!!!!
