1969 Chevy Camaro SS 396 Convertible

Hello again guys,

Here's an old kit from revell, a '69 chevy camaro ss396 convertible. I lowered the ride heights, changed the wheels to 19" inch wheels from Aoshima, added resin disc brakes and wired the engine.

The color is tamiya TS 14 black with tamiya TS 49 bright red for the Rally-Bee stripes ( rally stripes and super-bee stripes combo) and clearcoated with Mr Hobby Gloss Clear.

Let me know what you think and thanks for looking.

Regards
Krishna Iskandana

Looks sharp!! Although I'm personally not a fan of the oversized wheel look on classic cars, but that's just me

Thanks man, I must admit that I've been inspired by Chip Foose's works in my recent builds.

Re: 1969 Chevy Camaro SS 396 Convertible

Very nice Camaro, love the stripes and colour combo, finish looks very sharp.
Personally I don't think the "all wheel and no tyre" look goes with this age of car (it seems to upset the bodylines?) but on the whole it looks really nice.
Regards,
Steve.
