Any internals suggestion?

I need someone who has a street driven high 12's low 13's to suggest to me on what to do for my buildup. I want it to do the times I just mentioned. I want to use my same block and head which is a JDM ITR. I have a DC chassis (94-01 Integra body style). This is a serious question. I have one week to decide.

I'm assuming you're going forced induction if you're wanting to do a buildup... in which case here are my suggestions for parts:
je pistons
crower or eagle rods
crower valve springs and titanium retainers
skunk2 cam gears
keep your stock cam shafts and valves

You can also port and polish the head and if you wanted to resleeve the block. If you're looking for more then just this you should do a search on internal buildups, the discussion has been brought up numerous times.

arnt the itr's already ported and polished? i think they are. all the horsepower is in the cylinder head. bigger valves and some cams, 3 angle valve job. get the rotating mass balanced and i prefer high compression with low boost and possibly nos. just make sure you get all forged parts and floating pin pistons.
