2000 Millina not able to pull codes

im noyt able to pull codes, also when i turn my ignition switch off my a/c and radio reset and my ckeck engine light is on, bt it still cranks and runs fine. What could this be?

Check the "room" fuse in the fuse panal, prob a 15amp, it controls the memory for the radio and power on the data link connector for code retrieval
