NV231/NV233 Vacuum Diagram

hi i have a 97 s10 blazer 4X4. i have the diagrams for the vacuum hoses but the one thing that I'm stumped on is were does the vacuum go on the engine.
i don't know if i can explain the way mine is hooked up on my truck but here we go.
i have a tube going from my PCV to a round black thing, the tube is about 4 inches in length, at the end that goes to the round black thing is a rubber 90 degree, someone cut a hole in it and put the vacuum hose in to it. i don't think this is were it goes, if someone has a pic of theirs they could send me or tell me here to hook it up, it would be much appreciated.

Any chance you can post a picture of what you're dealing with on here?
