2000 Avenger p1768 code tranny

i have a code p1768 relay always off code and a p0700 code that come up only once in a while?? i have replaced the solonoid pack in august of last year and it ran great untill now? i clear the code and it comes back for my daughter but not for me? i have thought it was the wiring so i checked all 8 wires back to the tcm and they are good. could it be a wiring problem, or ground problem? the car only has 110,000 miles and is a strong runner.
help please i have read almost every thead on every site but nobody had a intermitint problem like this.
