Any word on detail sets for Revell DTM cars?

Anyone? I know one came out for the Audi and Merc but looked a bit anemic. Anyone know of another company (CM, HD, SMS, etc) that are working on one? I'd like to do one of these cars but they'd look *a lot* better with some P/E because of all the thin aero bits, IMHO.

Thoughts?

Daniel

I've seen some on eBay. Try searching by "dtm 2009" in the models & kits section.

Re: Any word on detail sets for Revell DTM cars?

PE parts for dtm new cars are scheduled as new item done by revell in 2011, and available for the first part of the year (so now).
Usually revel PE are nice, cheap and very easy to find all over, so my tip is to be patience and wait a little.

I did and that's what I was referencing in the OP.

GT40--I did wait for 2 months or so and hence my follow up question...

Re: Any word on detail sets for Revell DTM cars?

I dont understand german, but in the link there is no mention of the price setted at 30 euros in the links.
Can it be form revell the PE cost more than the entire kit? really dunno.
These PE seems done by eduard.

I think is a matter of few weeks to wait, there is the Nurnberg toy fair right now, so probably from the "spielmesse" we will know more.

Those p/e frets are even more anemic than the ones from Model GT (I think that's the name...).

30 Euro for that? Really?

I bought mine from here. Not really fantastic was my impression but i haven't used them yet. One thing i cant figure out is why they included a resin seat for the Audi and not for the Mercedes
