OBD link Error

I don't own a 500 but I was at the dealer getting my windstar fixed and they were running into a problem with getting their OBD sanners to connect and they ended having to unconnect all my modules. They did the final module and it worked, it would finanly link.

They said this was twice in the past week, they just had a ford five hundred in and they had to do the same thing.

So, if anyone is having problems linking their scanner to read a code this maybe the answer to getting it to link.
They said it has to do with the high speed relays, they sometimes freeze and this is how to unfreeze them.
