Help me with my Caprice

I have a 89 caprice with a stock 350 in it and stock 200r4 trans. I wanna do a cam, throttle body, and trans upgrade. Any suggestions

stock 350 ? what is the 8th digit on the vin # ?

Agreed; it's likely "E" which would be L03 305. Any 350 in one of these would be a part of the 9C1 family and would have a TH700R4 trans.
