Security light battery light no radio or gauges

2002 Venture 3400

Engine light was on so I hooked up my scanner. Pulled P0420 code but when I went to erase the code my scanner locked up and now I have no radio, my security, battery, ABS and low fuel lights are all on and none of my gauges work. My scanner doesnt work on it as well. Any help is wanted.
Thanks

I'd have to look at the wiring diagrams, but the OBDII port gets its power from the cigar lighter fuse. Start there, maybe all of the other issues are because of that.

All looked good so I unhooked battery overnight. Hooked battery back up and problem fixed.
