Windshield Wiper Quick Connect system? Newer Silverados

I'm not the smartest man on Earth but I'm not the dumbest either. I recently purchased a 2007 Silverado (5.3 Liters ext cab LTZ) with newer body style. On the way home I noticed that the wipers needed replacing badly. Stopped at walmart and picked up some 22 inch wipers and tried to install them..... what the heck? So there is some sort of quick connect system I understand but I'm not sure what types of wipers will work in the silverado.

My question: What brand wipers to I need to buy in order to get them to work with this crazy quick connect system? What wipers do you think give you the most bang for your buck?
