92 Astro Lt headlights have a slight delay before they come on. I hear a click sound from the dash area @ the radio when they do come on. It's pretty cold right out and didn't act up until now. Dimmer switch works fine. Fuses are good. Any ideas what could cause this delay? I'm worried they may not come on when the family is out at night. Thanks for any reply...

Re: Astro Headlight Problem
sounds like you have a headlight relay issue. I would start there, they are not that hard to replace and are cheap to purchase.

Re: Astro Headlight Problem
No headlight relays on '92 M bodies--look for headlight switch or dimmer switch having trouble--such as poor contacts, getting warm etc- I had to replace my headlight switch on my '94 Astro for a similar issue...
