Stop light relay

The brake lights are out in my 06 double cab. I have power at the brake switch on the pedal, but none of my lights come on. I got a wiring diagram that shows a stop light relay behind the instrument cluster. I removed the cluster, but the relay was nowhere to be seen. Does anyone have any idea where it could be, or any ideas about common brake light failure points?

Just check the relay inside the ICU box. that is located right side under the hood. Or try to see if there's a wire grounded or maybe it was just cut.
