01 Grand Cherokee O2 sensor and fuel mileage

i have an 01 with the 4.7 V8, 2 wheel drive. I have an air intake with high flow K&N, throttle body spacer, and high flow cat. If i track my speed and keep the truck between 55-60 mph, i'm only getting about 275 miles to a tank. With 107,400 miles, would i gain anything by changing all of the oxygen sensors? Also, any other recommendations to gain gas mileage? I already have new plugs (what is the best plug to use?), tire pressures and alignment checked, etc. TIA

changing all 4 oxygen sensors will give you slightly better fuel mileage. I can't give you an exact estimate but I've seen some vehicles gain as much as 2 mpg with new sensors. A good all around plug that you can put in your truck is a Bosch Platinum Plus plug Part # 4030. Autozone sells it for $2.99/plug and it works pretty well. The best is E3 plugs, but there are $10 a plug.

Jeeps eat up bosch plugs. trust me i've used them. The oem champions or NGK are my suggestion. haven't tried the E3 plugs yet but may give them a try. I suggest making sure you clean up everything you can as far as intake and injectors, all of your filters, synthetic oil will help and make sure your diff has it too. keep your k&n clean too i clean mine every other oil change. i also bought a hypertech tuner. mileage is abuout the same but it makes better use of the fuel it's using normally. but dyno gives it a thumbs up. honestly basic maintenance is the best route and keep up on it.
