2005 Cavalier Eating Fuel Pumps

Hi,

I own a 2005 Cavalier base model and it keeps eating fuel pumps. Ok, so it's my girlfriend's car. Anyhow, I've put in an autozone pump and now a NAPA pump. I'm getting about 6 months out of each one. I make sure that the fuel filter is replaced with each pump change. I also make sure she doesn't run it low. I'm curious if anyone has a revised part number to make this last. Otherwise I think I may put an Edelbrock high life EFI pump on the car. Does anybody know the operating pressure of the stock pump? The Edelbrocks are 45 PSI.

Thanks a million for any help!
