clearcoat over wax/compound

can i clearcoat, after Compounding then Waxing?

The wax should pose a problem since it would be difficult for the clearcoat to adhere. You need to remove the wax. Try soaking the body in warm water with soap or detergent that wouldn't harm the paint. Shampoo might work too, since it removes oils very well. However I have not tried it so don't blame with if it screws up your paint. Try it on a test piece first.
