3.0L Water Pump Replacement

I'm a new member so any help would be greatly appreciated. Where is the best place to get some good instructions to replacing the water pump, timing belt and whatever should be done while in this far? I'm in the midst of replacing the pump. I have everything off where I can see the timing belt and pump housing. I would like to know what to do to get the belt off. Do I remove the center bolt to get the balancer off? Is the bolt a normal thread or reverse?
Do I need an impact driver to do so? Do I need to take off the cam sprockets?

I don't know if this link will get you there, but it details what you need to do to get the belt off.
The top of the page shows the 2.4 engine so you have to scroll down to the 3.0 engine.

If this link doesn't work, just go to autozone.com and click the "repair info" tab. If you're not already registered you can register for free.

Then find your year, make amd model, select "engine overhaul" then "engine mechanical" then "timing belt and sprokets" It will get you to the link above.
You can also select "water pump" after you've seen how to remove the belt.

Good luck.
