Question 1990 A604 buzzing problem

My 1990 grand voyager's A604 tranny was dropped and rebuilt using the master rebuild kit. I reintalled th tenny and test drove it. Rebuild was a success. the next day, i take it out to start working the kinks out of is since it did sit for a year or so, the tranny started buzzing it first and second gear. wasnt doing that the night before.

Now this is only when it buzzes, 1st and 2nd gear only. and the buzzing is rpm sensetive. 3rd, 4th and overdrive are quiet. and it only buzzes while moving, not in drive and holding stll. i've talked with a few tranny shops here and i have been told soleniod pack up front, torque converter and something maybe stuck. doubt the stuck.

What do you guys thing is up with the tranny?
