Matching Bolt Pattern for Rims..Help.

My friend was planning to sell me his Acura 3.2 TL Type S Rims and I was planning to put it on my '97 Maxima. Does anyone have a clue of whether or not that would work? i'm afraid it might be a different bolt pattern... if not, how about any links to help me out? Thanx fellas.
