motor switch
i was wondering if anyone has ever switched from a tbi 350, to a 350 vortec cpi in a 1994 4x4 suburban?

The VCM/PCM computer and all wiring under dash and under hood and even the transmission and 4W computer and wiring and controls and front axel 4W lockin and drive lines setup and speedometer and dask gauge and wiring may have to be changed. I would stay with the engine it has or trade the Suburban for it for one that already has a vortec in it. The gain in MPG on fuel might help pay for trade. Also fuel tank or tanks and fuel pumpor pumps and wiring and fuel lines will need changed.
Can add anothe grand to project.
