2003 Heater Control not working or no power to it

hi
my gf has a 2003 sunfire the blower motor stopped working so figured it was the fan it wasnt, i dont get no power from the switch dial for the different setting speed controls

and i dont get no power from the harness from where ever, i checked all the fuses in the side panel they all fine,

does it use the BCM computer to control the fan? for now i got it by passed to a toggle switch but what do i look for?

Did you try the blower motor resistor? I had mine stop working on all settings except high setting. It was the resistor in my case
