Post 99 Windstar. Cold Start Problems / White Smoke

Hi.. Im New To This Site. I Have A 99 Windstar. The Engine Takes A Long While To Start On Cold Mornings. Once Running, It Will Start Easy. Battery Boost Doesnt Help. Also Blows White Smoke From Tail for a Few Minutes From 1st Start of Day. Leaks Some Water From The Tailpipe. I Checked The Oil.. No Coolant In Oil. In Addition To This, I Have No Heat When Idle... Only When Revving RPM's. Topped Off Coolant, Still No Heat When Idle. Any Thoughts?

Is your coolant continuing to drop? Does the engine turn over rapidly in the morning and just takes a while to fire? Or does it turn slowly?
