Welcome to AF!
I've never seen a how-to for a Nascar fuel filler (but then I've never really looked). Do you have a pic or two of what you want it to look like? If you post them here, someone here might be able to tell you how to try building one.

Go to detailmaster.com
You should be able to find various hoses, joints and photoetched hose clamps. Model Car Garage makes a set of fuel cell inlet (also available at the detailmaster site). It might not be the exact match, but looks similar. You can make the bent pipe from solder. The tapered pipe is a bit tricky if you don't have a lathe or a power drill. In that case, you can combine two plastic pipes of different sizes, and file and sand to the desired shape. A fuel tank can be made from styrene sheet. |
