1995 lebaron transmission fluid
my 1995 chrysler leberon is low on trans fluid. the owners manual did not come with the car, and the dipstick does not specify anything. can anyone help?

Give your dealer a call just to be sure. But I am pretty sure you must use Mopar ATF+4 fluid. Using anything else (Like Dexron III, Mercon etc) may result in transmission failure.

+1; if it's a trans where ATF+# is required, you can kill it with the other stuff. On the '95 it was ATF+3: Link And I've seen that type of reference in more than one place.
edit: ATF+4 is backward compatible for ATF+3, which means it's ok to use in your +3 vehicle.
