Should I get this civic?

vehicle history report came up clean. i called and he said he is willing to negotiate price. stock clutch and transmission. should i get it?

looks nice, negotiate the price and take it
 not a huge fan of the colour, but thats no big deal. i'd "negotiate" him down to like, 3500-4000 tho...i paid 2850 for a 92 hatch w/ 127k on it.

now this is a good pick. nice project car. this car is way better than your last choice. just try to bring the price down just like dreemkill said
