91 Chevy s10 p/u with a high idle. need help!

Ok i have a 1991 chevy s10 4.3l 4x4 and i worked on it last weekend and then started it and suddenly it just randomly idled at bout 1500-1700rpms and wont slow down and i need help to figure out what is going on or what i need to do so all sujestions are helpful thanks!

What all did you do to it or work on?
Any check engine lights on or any codes?
If any codes post back code no.
Have you checked for vacumn leaks and or any sensors unpluged?

I have a 1994 S10 5sp 4X4 4.3L . the vacuum lines are many. around the top of the engine I replaced all..then under the vehicle many more lines ..check and remove any cracked hardened or split.

with more air entering the engine [defective vacuum lines] to keep the fuel mixture correct ,,,,,fuel is increased causing the high idle.......
