Question clear red

This is hardly worth starting a new thread for but anyway......
Just received an order of paints. I was sent a pot of Tamiya CLEAR RED by mistake and as i cant be bothered sending it back i just wondered what i can use it for.....or, what do you guys use it for.

It is mostly used for painting the clear tail light lenses.

But there is another reason to keep that paint, first you apply chrome silver paint or Bare metal foil to a plastic part then you pait over with clear red and you get a nice anodized aluminum look.

All i can tell you mike is keep it! it's one of the best paints i have worked with so far makes the tail lights look so real. i used to use testors stop light red and turn signal amber for mine don't get me wrong they looked good for a show car style build they had metallic flakes in them. once i tried the tamiya clears i won't be going back any time soon i can tell you that.

Clear red: tail light
Clear Orage: tail light and engin details
Clear blue: Engin details (would love to get some)

clear color are usefull to make heat effect on a engin (blue and orange)
