'96 Thunderbird Wont Accelerate properly

I have a 96 Thunderbird 4.6 V8 and when you try and accelerate it is very slow and you have to floor it to get any reaction and it shakes violently. The problem started out of the blue and in the same day was drivin 4 times and it had the problem 3 out of 4 of the times. The car runs like the mass air flow sensor is bad, but it has been replaced and the problem did not go away. The car has been run on diagnostics and the only code is a EVap leak and an EGR Valve. The fact that the problem seems to be inconsistent is leading me to think the computer has gone bad, any siggestions?
After looking at the car and really getting into it it appears that the fuel injectors are dumping to much fuel and they are causeing the plugs not to fire. The spark plugs and wires were just changed out 3 months ago.

Re: '96 Thunderbird Wont Accelerate properly

You need alot of Air, fuel, and exhaust for horse power.
MAF - New
Air filter - ?
Fuel filter - ?
Fuel pressure - ?
Catalytic converters -?

How old are the Spark plug wires?

* Need to work on EVAP + EGR problem!
