New Receiver

I just got my hands on a JVC KD-SX780. I'm going to be installing it sometime this weeked. Somebody told me that I'm going to blow my speakers because they're all factory. Is this true? I have a 1993 Chevrolet Cavalier. Thanks

well, it probably does put out more than the factory deck ........ eventually, you probably will blow them
