replacing rear shock mount on 97 2wd

The rear shock mount on my 97 2wd has rotted out and the shock is pressing against the crossmember. The mount is a big hunk of metal that is riveted to the frame. I have been looking on line but am unable to find a replacement part. I would like to grind out the rivets and bolt in a new mount. Does anyone have any suggestions on where i can get a replacement mount? are there other solutions?
