1996 caprice 9c1 stalling

Hey whats goin on? I have a 1996 Caprice 9c1. The car runs great but theres one problem, it stalls whenever it wants. Maybe when im crusing down and hit a bump, or give it gas, or hit the brakes. when it stalls the check gauge light comes on, and it wont start but just turns over. after 10 minutes or so it will start and go like nothing happened. the weird part is the oil pressure gauge the needle twitches sometimes or it runs on high for quite some time but doesnt go below 3/4. i need some ideas possibly, i already changed the oil pressure sensor on the back of the motor.

If the engine idles properly 650 rpm in drive and stays at this amount , this may be the underhood passengerside fuse box connector/connection. this feed wire to the box has had issues with causing random stall at a very intermittent cycle.

some have had to replace this fuse box/connector it got so damaged with poor connection over time..plastic melt down etc...


check other wires/connectors/grounds ...

thanks for the info, i will check into that, it idles at 650. sometimes i can catch it before it stalls. it seems as its getting more and more often now.
