sudden eratic idle fuel injected Mexican bug

Hi all,

I was gone for about two weeks. Came back and started my bug. It starts fine but doesn't idle as it used to. It's like someone is continuously pressing and releasing the gas pedal. When you do press the gass, it's like the choke hangs and the engine runs at a much higher rpm. Nobody has touched the car since I did 2 weeks ago. What's happening? (The car is not under a roof and it rained a lot while I was gone..just FYI) Thanks.
