tires uneven, with a lil bump and grind

hey i have a 90hatchback civic, i have eibach sportline springs on stock struts...

when i make left turns over 20mph the back right wheel rubs...
so i heard about a trick called "rolling your fenders"
so i went out to do this to see if it would fix my problem, well when i looked at it the back left wheel sits inside the wheel hub a lil more, so it isnt rubbing, however on the right side that is rubbing, the wheel is more flush with the wheel hub... is this normal? maybe some solutions to my rubbing? im guessing new tokiko struts for a stiffer stance, but is it normal for the two wheels to be slightly off?
