O2 sensors are located in the exhaust manifold and or in the cat converter. You simply unplug one end of it and unscrew the other end from the manifold and or cat. They can get pricey. Check local junkyards or go to the source.( your local Honda dealer)

what does an an oxygen sensor do?
it measures the amount of oxygen in the exhaust gasses and sends it as a voltage signal to the ecu which constantly makes injector pulse changes to try to keep the air to fuel ratio as close to 14.7:1 as possible. 99.9% of all production vehicles use a 0-1 volt sensor. 0v beaing leanest, 1v being richest. however, 1v sensors are not linear/accurate enough to tune for high performance, thats where the wideband 0-5 volt sensors come in. you only need a regular o2 sensor replacement.
