Rear Wiper Will Not Engage.
I have a Envoy XL 2003 and I can hear the wiper motor working when switched on but the rear window wiper blades will not move. Wonder if any have fixed a similar problem and would like to share their experience.

There might be a broken, or missing key on the wiper arm.
