rattling only when idoling

This may be hard to diagnose unless you hear the noise, when I first start the truck and it is at high idol, 800 rpm, it does not make the rattling noise. Once it warms up and goes down to low idol, 600 rpm, it makes a bad rattling noise, if I then put the AC on it gets worse or if I crank the steering right over either side it gets bad, if I put a bit gas to it, it also get better, its only at low Idol it does this. I thought it could be a bearing on the water pump etc, this was checked all the pulleys that are on the belt feel fine, this would not explain it going away at higher idol setting but it was checked regardless, the noise is in the front of the motor maybe even a little worse under the truck its hard to tell. Also at low idol without a belt off of it, it sounds fine, its seems to only happen when it is loaded up. This is a 95 turbo diesel suburban.
Any help would be appreciated.
