Are Saturn cars still being made?

Hate to ask a dumb question but I want to know the answer. I've searched the Internet but haven't been able to find a definite answer.

If they are no longer being made, what's outlook for getting service and repairs on Saturns?

Parts and service for this car will be available for many, many years. There were millions of these cars made, so it is profitable for parts suppliers to continue to make components for these for a long time.

Fixed

I can only guess that you don't own an S-Series or have not needed to get parts for one from a dealership.

There are A LOT of parts that are not available in the aftermarket and are dealer-only items. A couple good examples are a hood and OEM fog lamps for 1997-2000 SC1/SC2. The great majority of Saturn dealerships are now closed. There are GM dealers that are authorized Saturn service providers, but finding one and getting parts from any of them seems like it requires jumping through many hoops.

Re: Are Saturn cars still being made?

Thanks for that additional input, Ruley73. Reason I was asking is that I have a friend who is contemplating purchase of used car. A large used car dealership near him has a 2003 Saturn ION. It seems low priced compared to other makes with similar features. I guess there's a reason for that, right? Saturns are probably holding resale value very poorly.
