Toda Bs seems to be a popular choice for B16 NA tuners..
Check out the NA forum on clubsi.com for lots of helpful info.

I'd say depends on your set up...but you cant go wrong with CTR cams or Toda spec A,B,C,D(Erick Racing special) or Vtec killer. I'd stay away from Skunk2's...although their specs are quite good, the material that they use is not up to par. I've heard cases that the cam lobes wear out. I have CTR cams right now but I'm in the process of getting Toda spec C's...saving up for it at least.

Skunk2 are great. I dont know where in the hell he gets his info from Anyways skunk2 stage 2 cams are awesome but then you'd have to upgrade your valvetrain. Todas are too expensive. IF you want good cams on low budget ...go with either ctr or skunk2 stage one.

the only difference between the ctr and itr cams are the intake cams. the exhuast cams are identical

the cheapest i have seen a ctr intake cam go for is 250

lucky for me, i was able to get my itr cams for 120

I was talking to some of my friends that race there cars regularly, and they say that for a B16, the best setup is JUN cams with ITR intake manifold... I know these guys know what they are talking about. The only thing is that it will be kinda hard to find JUN cams... in America at least.

Thats a good set up. I would still choose skunk2 stage 2s over jun cause they are almost just as good as JUN stage 3 cams.
