Unhappy 03 Ford Windstar SE frozen compressor...Is there an easy fix?

I have a 2003 Ford Windstar SE

I need help with figuring out how to fix it.

The Problems:
  • The van starts without the serpentine belt but it wont start with it on.
  • There's no radiator fluid
  • The battery is perfect
  • The ac compressor is frozen and wont move and so my serpentine belt now won't turn.

So my question is can I bypass the compressor for my serpentine or is there anyway that I can rig my car so that it runs?....I don't care if there's air conditioning.
P.s.
Please help this car is just costing me so much money and time.

You may be able to use a shorter belt, skipping the A/C compressor. However, the path must be clear and have some spare clearance.

Wish,

On not 100% sure on this particular vehicle, but I know for a fact that on the Ford Taurus with the 3.0 l engine that there is an a/c compressor bypass pulley for this exact purpose. Without buying one, I can assure you that you can just a shorter belt and make it work. The difficulty will be in figuring out just how short of a belt you need. It'll probably not be located in any manuals.

Good luck,

Mark

Are you saying there is no coolant? If so, this must be attended to before any thing else. Do not run the engine without coolant.
