Pin out position Rad Temp switch

My Rad temp switch located on the pass side of the radiator connector is broken, all the pins are hanging.

I need to know which pins go to what part of the sensor.
Brown/Black Ground
Blue/White High Temp
Blk,Grn/Yelow Low Temp

Sensor pin out: it has one pin by it self I believe is ground.
0 I believe this is ground
0 0

Does anyone have a picture or can let me know which pins go to which connectors?
