Ignition power loss
I have a 1986 Chevy Silverado pickup. I was driving it home the other day and it just quit running. I have no power at the ignition. I turn the key and nothing happens. I still have dome light and head lights but the emergency hazard light are not working either. What could cause this. I have replaced the ignition switch on the steering column so far and no luck.

Re: Ignition power loss
Well what sort of a ignition are you using is it a 12V to ign switch can you give us some more details ,this seems to be ignition problem but if you have changed it and if still does not work then i think you need to show this to a mechanic and get it repaired .
