Part store says no EGR valve on 03 T&C???

Called to get an EGR valve for my '03 T&C 3.8, Autozone says my van does not have this part? Kragen has it, but it is backordered. We'll try to clean it up and see if it helps for the mean time. Problem is intermittent, but it does code. Where exactly is it located? It's registration time, and that means a smog cert. Argh!

Wiring diagram shows no EGR. Parts listing does not show it. What exactly is your code?

Now I feel stupid..called the dealer, after another Kragen told me it is a dealer part...and they said it doesn't have an EGR valve.

The issue: Sometimes at take-off, the van will hesitate a bit. Be jumpy, not like it's going to die, but almost like it's not getting enough fuel, just for a second or 2. It doesn't happen every day, sometimes not for a couple weeks. This has been happening for the last 15 months. The only code I get is 400.1. What is this, since I can't find this specific one.

Reason you can't find that code is because it does not exist. How are you getting the code?

Key dance method. I can't remember exactly what I did, but I did accidentally recreate it. Says done, soft 5.0, 400.1, then does a cluster test. I am thinking to just go smog the dang thing and see what happens.

No CEL and no OBDII scanner means no codes. There is no way to get codes otherwise.

My 02 does not have an EGR valve either.
