2003 climate control lights

My climate control lights either don't come on our require me to tap the face of the panel for them to come on. Is it a relatively easy fix and if so what are the steps. The fan speed dial always lights up, it is the passenger side Temp control lever and the air directional dial that has trouble lighting up. Thanks in advance.

Re: 2003 climate control lights

You need to pull control and check/clean bulb connections.
Could be bad bulb or connection or even a solder joint in control.
